Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Bookings must be made by individuals 18 years or older
All travelers must have valid travel documents
Prices are subject to change until full payment is received

Payment Terms

Deposit required at time of booking
Full payment required 60 days before departure
Late payment may result in cancellation

Cancellation Policy

60+ days before: Deposit only
30–60 days before: 50% refund
Less than 30 days: No refund

Travel Insurance

We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:

Medical expenses
Trip cancellations
Lost or delayed baggage
Personal liability

Changes to Bookings

Name changes may be subject to airline fees
Date changes may impact pricing
Changes must be requested in writing

Travel Documents

Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
Visa (if required)
Other applicable travel documents

Liability

We are not responsible for:

Acts or omissions of third-party providers
Force majeure events
Personal injury or property damage
