Payment Procedure

Booking and Payment Process
To secure your booking, we require a deposit payment. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your departure date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Schedule
- Initial Deposit: 20% of total cost
- Second Payment: 30% (90 days before departure)
- Final Payment: Remaining balance (60 days before departure)
Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- More than 60 days: Full refund minus deposit
- 30–60 days: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: No refund
You will receive a payment confirmation email immediately after each successful transaction. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
